We adapt to client-provided systems. Where required, we also use a real-time communication system powered by Element, developed by Matrix Technologies GmbH. It functions much like WhatsApp, Signal or Telegram, while operating on our own secure, dedicated server with end-to-end encryption. 

Unlike generic messaging tools, our system has been engineered specifically for structured live reporting by our specialised staff. It aligns with our Safety Management System (SMS) and meets the highest standards of internet security, and aligned with ISO 27001 best practices.

It features an optional custom AI assistant that can:

• Guide field crew through documentation requirements

• Log progress automatically when no supervisor is available

• Generate daily summary reports emailed to stakeholders, complete with embedded images from the field

This ensures communication remains clear, traceable and non-disruptive. Project stakeholders receive the visibility they need without disrupting critical site operations.
