Angus Gowans serves as Capital Networks’ appointed Safety Manager and Company Representative. He holds a Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety (WHS) and oversees all safety planning, compliance, and interface with client systems. Angus is responsible for maintaining our Safety Management System (SMS), coordinating site safety documentation, and verifying competency across our operational teams.
Our internal safety structure is aligned with ISO 45001, including documented procedures, digital field reporting, and full audit readiness.

Capital Networks recognises the industry value of IRATA (Industrial Rope Access Trade Association) Level I–III certification for complex vertical access scenarios. While our primary installations utilise fixed tower and EWP access methods, we maintain IRATA-compliant rescue capability through partnerships and internal training, where site conditions demand.
